HIGH PRESSURE DIE CASTING
Airtech has a state-of-art unit for High Pressure Die Casting (HPDC) and machining of components with shot weight ranging between 5.8 Kg to 17.7 Kg. Airtech is a direct supplier of machined Aluminium castings to Tata Motors.

High Pressure Die Casting Cell: Buhler CARAT 140 C – A 1400 ton locking force, fully automated HPDC machine equipped with ABB heavy duty industrial Robot for extraction. Includes facilities like real-time closed loop shot control, automatic ladling, die-spray and cooling. Machine is also equipped with integral facilities to Vacuum cast.
Fully equipped tool-room for Die maintenance
We have a wide range of CNC and manual machines – Vertical Machining Centers, Horizontal Machining Centers, CNC Turning Centers, Drill-Tap Centers, Jig Boring Machines, Surface and Cylindrical Grinders. Latest machines available from very reputable machine builders across the globe:
